About Me 

I have lived in and around Austin for over 38 years and consider myself pretty creative. I started making costume jewelry about 8 years ago, dabbled in painting, photography, glass blocks, soap making, and so on. One day I came across these molds in the shape of Texas and started playing around with cement and mosaic tiles. After trial and error, I made a few stepping stones from the molds and received a lot of compliments. I posted a few of them on FB marketplace and must have had 30 requests in one day. That was in the summer of 2019. Today I enjoy making the stones and especially all the wonderful people I meet that purchase them. Creating them is fun, but making new friends is the best ever.
